Shipping
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days. Standard delivery typically takes 4–10 working days once dispatched.

Please note that personalised items (such as those with engraved names or symbols) require extra time to create before shipping, as each piece is made to order.

If you select priority processing, your order will be placed at the front of the production queue and dispatched within 24–36 hours. This service speeds up the creation process but does not shorten the actual shipping time.

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Returns
We offer a 30-day returns policy for all items. If you are not satisfied, simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will arrange a return and full refund — no stress involved.

Conditions for return:

• Items must be sent back within 30 days of delivery
• Products must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
• Return shipping costs are covered by us, and you will be fully refunded via your original payment method once the item is received and checked

Entered the wrong address or made a mistake in your personalisation? Adjustments can be made, but only if the order has not yet been shipped.
