Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note:

Orders that fail to arrive due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds or returns.

Items that have been damaged, used, or altered after delivery are not eligible for refunds or returns.

Requests based on buyer’s remorse (e.g., no longer wanting the item) are not eligible.

Custom-made or personalized items are made to order and therefore not eligible for refund or return (unless they arrive damaged or defective).
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately.
How to Start a Return

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label (if you qualify for a free return) along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
⚠️ Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Warranty
Our lifetime warranty covers products that arrive defective or damaged. Normal wear and tear, scratches, or damage caused by improper use are not covered under this warranty.
We reserve the right to deny refunds or returns if the item does not meet the eligibility criteria outlined above.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)

Custom or personalized products (e.g., special orders, engraved jewelry)

Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the replacement item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
