What does your warranty cover?
The warranty applies to all items purchased directly from Eloiya and covers any material or manufacturing defects that occur under normal use during the warranty period.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or neglect

  • Battery depletion or damage caused by incorrect use or accidents

  • Scratches, broken glass, or chips

  • Damage caused by repairs or adjustments carried out by a third party

  • Lost or stolen goods or parts

Warranty period
The warranty applies to all items purchased directly from Eloiya and covers any defects in materials or craftsmanship under normal use during the warranty period.

The Warranty Period for all Eloiya products is one (1) year from the date of purchase.

Within the warranty period, if the item is proven to be defective in material or manufacturing under normal use, Eloiya will provide a like-for-like replacement at no charge. If your model is no longer available, an alternative of equal value or a similar style will be provided.

Any replacement item will remain covered under the same warranty period as the original order.

What the warranty does not cover:

  • General wear and tear, improper handling, or lack of care

  • Battery depletion or damage caused by incorrect usage or accidents

  • Scratches, broken glass, or chips

  • Damage caused by repairs or adjustments made by a third party

  • Lost or stolen goods or components

How to make a warranty claim:
Please contact Eloiya in the first instance to identify the issue and determine the most appropriate solution.
Please note that the warranty is void if a valid proof of purchase cannot be provided.
