At Eloiya, we dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days.

Standard shipping: 5–12 business days after dispatch.

Express shipping: 5–8 business days after dispatch.
Shipping times begin once dispatched and exclude customs or processing delays.
For custom-made jewelry, handling times are longer due to the handcrafting process. In rare cases, delivery may take up to 16–20 business days due to unforeseen circumstances.
During peak periods, slight delays may occur. If significantly delayed, we will notify you via email.
Tracking
You can track your order on our Track Order page, which redirects to ParcelsApp.

Avoid intrusive ads or pop-ups.

Never pay a third party to track your order. Eloiya is not affiliated with ParcelsApp or any tracking services.
Responsibility

Incorrect addresses: Eloiya is not liable for incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

Rejected deliveries: If an order is rejected at delivery, responsibility lies with the customer.

Marked as delivered: If marked as delivered but not received, it is the customer’s responsibility to file a claim with the courier.
